Sweet. I now have permission. I won't feel so bad now if i actually have to resort to such drastic measures.

So my Ps swim really eratic when they first see me in the morning and when i get home from work. It's like they're begging to be fed. Does your shoal do the same?

probably natural instincts in that small of a tank. I keep my tank in the living room but i live alone so it's not a ton of traffic. I was just waving my hand in front of the tank and kicking my leg up on the couch and they just look at me and swim in front of the tank. It's amazing how we can all have the same type of fish but they all have different temperments and personalities.
