they are selling a lot of blood parrots around here that have that same kind of thing....calling them unicorn parrots........didnt know if they were born like that or if it was made to look like that(by cutting or w.e.)..........

I thought on unicorn parrots it was man made, like they cut the dorsal fin so the front spike is alone, like a unicorn.

Unicorn BPs are created physically by man. The oscar is question was lickly born the way he is. It's different looking that's for sure, would'nt use it in any breeding projects.
