My oddly planted tank

Thank you for the pic. I gotta ask, are you having trouble with sediment in the water? Looks brown but it could be the photo. I've seen aquaponics videos on youtube with clear water.

Main light is over the tub so is very diffused. The kids in the tank also love to play in the sand, kicking it up. The plants are in pots of clay pellets so no sediment but close lights do grow some algae.

I'm late here but you are clever and funny. When will you reap the fruits ahem of your labor?

Have at least three of what I think are jalapenos growing on one plant and a second type starting to bloom should be soon. Not sure if or when the ghost pepper will start and the eggplant may get too big for this location.

Just looked and have at least 6 peppers growing on what I think is a jalapeno, blooms starting on a second unknown pepper plant and about a dozen blooms coming out on the eggplant. Still nothing on the ghost pepper.
