Anybody here use an Automatic Misting System?

What brand? Your thoughts? Do they work well? Can they be set to go off at certain times during the day? Recommended?

Im in the VERY early stages of research!

I used a fogger. Put it in a water dish, plugged it into a timer. badabing bedyboop

Whats the difference between the two?

This is for a future Cam. setup so I assume a fogger cant be used, correct?

Misting Systems are great and wonderful for about a week...........Then you have to worry about nozzles/tubing clogging, pressure issues, flooding, and other aggrevating things. Using Well water will kill a misting system within a few weeks if not upkept every other day or so. City water may be different. I'm all about automation, but some things just don't work out that way............

Perhaps I am over thinking this out and should simply use a regular old spray bottle? - lol

I have no idea jer, but there's one thing for sure... not much can go wrong with a spray bottle lol.

fogger and spray bottle...but if u have the misting combo with the fogger and a little spray just to make sure...u will be good bro.

i have used city water in my misting systems but they all stopped working after about a month. I didn't have much more success with a fogger too. maybe it was just a bad experience but now i stick to a $1 spray bottle that has lasted years as opposed to a $45 mister that lasts a month.

So how often to you guys use your spray bottle on your cams?

I have heard twice a day, then I heard three times a day. Is there any real difference? Three times a day would be hard for me considering I have a job...lol I was thinking about spraying before and then after work, and again maybe before bed. Are there better times to spray than others?

What are the signs that one should be spraying more?
