Im pretty sure my oscar has hole in the head, and was wondering what i could do for him? I already raised the temp and added salt, but is there any other treatments?

tons of water changes to get the water in perfect condition is the key. I've used Metro. for hexamita with limited success

your water quality is probably bad. Keep it pristine, and HITH will heal

and cut down on or stop feeders and start using a quality pellet as a staple if you dont already.

not HITH. That's from bad water quality/poor diet

U don't feed him feeder fish??

I thought that this deisease only came from feeding bad feeder fish??

no, from all the articles i have read they have not found one definitive cause for HITH yet. it is under investigation but it has been for many years. they suspect poor water quality and lack of maintenance, poor diet, activated carbon removing needed trace elements and a combination of these. these are the ones that seem to be more closely studied.
a common thing seems to be poor maintenance leading to horrible water quality and poor diets, feeders only diets especially.

as onion said regular water changes should sort it out.

i did a 60 percent, and i dont feed him feeders, he gets cichlid staple, is cichlid staple ok?
