My oscar tank

Feeding time not really fun they scare the **** out of my wife by jumping out of the water...she is the one who feeds them all the time.
The tiger oscar and the red oscar are a breeding pair and have given eggs and wrigglers a couple of times..the blacks oscar has been with me for 5 years the red for 4 years and the yellow for a year and a half..they were rescues from a LFS and were in bad shape when they came to me..the idiot had put them as dithers for a breeding pair of jaguars
 
also the background cannot have any plecos...they damage the paint...
is there any scope for improvement?was keen on adding some annubias
 
i also have twice the required filteration on this tank..plus this is not their permanent home
 
How many gallons??
