They should be able to refund the price of fish or ship out new ones, you would have to pay shipping though. That's what a honest business would do at least.

Talked to Customer Service and they said they would replace anything that didnt make it. No extra shipping charge, either.

Just really dreading seeing all those fish dead.

Thats really cool they are going to replace the shipment. I manage distribution centers for a living and see constant delays, damaged packages etc.. Shipping is stressful for me because I know what can go wrong. :( No matter what they are replacing your order so that is good. That's not always the case with indeviduals and smaller retailers.

anything in the north half would probly not make it. cargo planes get down to -40 at 30,000 feet. unless they have serious heat packs i wouldnt hold much hope.

Sue the damn plane company! LOL

Well look on the bright side... your getting free replacement... theres always risks with online live stock purchase....their health depend on to many things....

ouch man :\ i've never ordered online but probably will soon and i'd be ticked if that happened

I do not get it, why don't you guys wait till one of the worst winter storms ever to hit us passes before ordering fish? Not trying to be mean or anything, just wondering :)

Yeah and it Would probably be better to order fish at the beginning of the week like on Monday. The working world does not acknowledge Sat or Sun as shipping days.
