My parents aren't understanding

Me: Mom I'm going to build a fishroom
Girlfriend: tells my mom he already has over 20 tanks
Mom:Well I can't do nothing about it
Me: Hehehe I loves my mom
Dad: I'll help you build your fishroom later :D
Me: Ok here's 100 bucks for the months electric
We're all happy

O yea if you know anyone selling 40 breeders in WI let me know I need 2 more
 
i have a 125g two 55g a 40g wide and a pond outside and biulding a pond inside, my dad swears he hates fish but i catch him in my room all the time feeding the fish, and telling his friend how they have to come over n c the tank, and when i come home from the LFS he want 2 see what new fish i got, and when i am a little over stocked ( happens a lot) he tells me not to get rid of his fav. fish...but he hates them
 
To the wife:

Me: Got some more tanks today for a great deal. Fish rooms going to be setup soon.
Her: How many do you have now?
Me: I've lost count, 30 or so. (Not all filled)
Her: Good lord.
Me: LOL
(End Conversation)

Couple months later.....
Me: Guess what I bought?
Her: I don't know, probably another fish tank.
Me: Yeah its a 210G.
Her: Where are going to put that?
Me: In the basement.
Her: Oh....
(Close of conversation)

Couple months later....
Me: Guess what I'm getting?
Her: How big is it?
Me: Let me just say that it is pretty big.
Her: How big?
Me: Big.
Her: Quite messing with me, how big?
Me: You know the big one downstairs? (210)
Her: Yeah?
Me: Liitle over twice the size of that one.
Her: What?" Where are you going to put that?
Me: In the basement.
Her: Oh
(End conversation)

I love being able to do what I want!! LOL
 
I saw a baby Tiger O today and wanted it so i jedi mind tricked my gurl into buying it for herself so that way if she cant handle it i can have it. YES!!!!!YOU BEAUTY
 
i had to get rid of a 2ft and 3ft in order to get my 2m x 60cm x 60cm tank. it was the deal i made with my folks in order to get it. somehow it doesnt make sense. mind you, i have run out of space. cant wait to get a place of my own and out of my financial rutt!!! then my walls will be a fish tank.

My 'rents won't care as long as I pay for it...
 
I have a 55gal long a 45 gal hex and a 10gal sq my mom and dad do not like me getting tanks but you know they will get over it i told them that my fish will get bigger and i will need bigger tanks to put them into and that is when i got my 55 gal for my pacu and the 45 has a oscar and a pleco that is it need to get more fish some time. But my folks like fish and all just the electirce bill is a bit high. lol
 
It was never really an idea for me to have tanks when I lived with my folks because we had a pond, which apart from digging it I had little input in. Took me ten years to do it my way, after the tanks ;-)
