found 20G tank at GF's house ... STOLE IT ... put the kois in there

hhhmmm ... more space = more kois = too much kois = overstocking

fish started to die .... and FAST = lost lots of kois

saw that uncle's fishes just died ... so took his 55G

takes 2 years to actually complete -procrastinating
NICE FLEE MARKET has 65g flat back hex for $30 bucks NOT BAD

now EVERY tank has water and fishes in it 1200G pond has fish

CICHLID TIME ! ! !!

brought flowerhorns left and right .... now need more tanks ..
found 45G long on street
cleaned it filled it .. leaked all over hardwood floors--- DAMN IT
fixed it , works great love it

found a steal for 125G for 100 bucks .. LOVELY
cleaned it filled it .. mom calls, room is locked and says there water comming out of your room .....leaked all over hardwood floors---
come home to about 1/4 of water left in tank
REDID TANK .. works fine ...

LET I MIND YOU ALL TANKS ARE BEING USED all over the house

WOW 80G for 40 bucks .. thats a steal ! !

my parents dont approve of my fish keeping. dad thinks its a pointless expensive hobby. he gets very pissed off when i spend money on my tanks but he actually helps with WCs once in awhile lol. i think they put up with it cause overall my hobby hasnt and will never compare to what my siblings hobbies have cost them.

tanks always grew on my parents. they never liked the ideas of big tanks but when i set them up they got over it. i also once had an oscar that had to be separated so i put up a tank in my parents living room till i could give it away. my plan was to then use the tank for other cichlids but when i tried to give it away, my mom wouldnt let me cuz it grew on her. now its 4 times the size and still living in my parents living room. as a result i am down a tank
 
lol my hubby isint a fish guy, he calls the tank an eyesore, meanwhile i dont see him complaining when its time to feed the Gars..lol he's all over that- "there is nothing so satisfying as watching the gars hunt their minnows". lol he's a crazy man.

Who need superbowl sunday when you have feeding time fridays. which is funny cause im half expecting to come home to him sitting in front of the gar tank with a beer in hand cheering them on..
 
My GF was pissed when I bought my 100 gallons... she tought it was too big for our place....

now, when we have friends coming to our place, they are like: wow, what a nice tank... and my Gf is like: yeah, it was my idea...

and I'm like: WTF!!! :)
 
my addiction has grown very quickly, we just moved into an apartment in dec and less then a month later i was like we need more stuff to take up space... needless to say i took care of that!! starting with a 75G for my black paranha (got tired of waiting on my RBP to come in on order), then needed a 10G for feeders. a month later the lady calls and my red bellies are in..... um ok!! wow are they ever small.... i dont think i got the room for the 2 i wanted.... ok ill take 6!! also got the name of a guy with a 150G tank for sale and went home.

"hun where else would that 75g tank look good" (or anywhere to fit in general...her not knowing)

her reaction was how did you get that think in here!!... dont ask but its a good think we live on the first floor... with 3 tanks, a 52" tv and little room for a futton in the living room thats all the entertainment i need!! just need more fish to put in the 150G lol maybe some oscars...
 
don't trip , that doesn't ever end . i seen my ex from about 12 years ago last month and she said hi ralph , hows your fish ? those were really her first words ...
