yeah it looks like i like the polys the most i have been getting rid of the cichlids slowly, thinking of removing all cichlids and going for pretty planted poly tank with only 3 other fish: the ATF, Clown knife & BlackGhostKnife.

but to answer your question, no i dont think my tank is overstocked

if you keep up with everything and have good filtration why not have that many fish?
