Ok give me some time I will have pics up but you got me beat with the jacuzzi over looking it, but I do have furniture over looking mine.jacuzzi is on the other side of the yard. Plus I'm down to 4 12" japanese grade a koi out of 15.DAMN RACOONS!!!

Can you hear it from inside the house?
I've got mine off my patio right next to the master. I can fall asleep in minutes when I open my windows.
 
When the sliding door is open during the summer the falls can be heard, but its mostly to be enjoyed during BBQ's and jacuzzi time.

Pro - I hear coons make great coats! Shoot those suckers! My dogs take care of the coons and possums, its the birds of prey I must worry about!

Nets look FUGLY!!!

Would rather have a bunch of smaller school of fish. Theres an Albino Channel in there too....
 
Another option would be a spray bar which is controlled by a sensor. Not sure how it works but Ive been told that once the animal crosses the sensor a spray of water shoots out!!!!

Pro - We still need picks!!! Hey this might sound really weird BUT I think Ive been to your house before. Is the water fall on a REALLY tall bank and do you live on a hill?
