Thanks guys hes a pig. Im hoping that his stripes start gettin thinner. Does anyone know if they change with age?

My old tigs stripes changed for sure I'm not sure if they all do though I just ordered a new one after seeing yours hehe

Mine have changed a bit. I just hope he gets that real tiger striped look tho. Any idea what a 15"+ tig is worth? Hes growin quick and I know he will hit 20" before I can upgrade.
yeah, with that many predators during feeding time you definitely won't want anything in the way like substrate or decor. I can see the Tiger and the Cuda having smashed faces really quick. The cudas would develop fungus in their face if they smash into rocks and then die.
oh yea. even an unpainted tank has given me problems with those guys. hoping to get that guy to at least 12" hes starting to fatten up now that hes eating pellets. still much thinner then the gatf tho. anyone have any idea of how quick they grow after 8" and not eating live?
im thinking about switching the 2 lemon barbs and the archer out for one more dither. any ideas what would look good guys? i need some help deciding!
use to have sds. dont want them any more. i had 2 massive blue hook wide bars. they hit 8" each and they ate more then the rest of my stock all combined. i was goin through a lb of massivore every 2-3 weeks.
u guys think a north thai tiger datnoid would be a good addition? ive been contemplating gettin one. i just bought my gf one and i really like it. i was thinkin the ntt, a brycon, a tarpon, or somethin else that swims a lot. i dont mind if the fish will outgrow my tank. i can always sell them. ive done it lots. just sell them before they get signs of stress.
