i am currently building a tank in my house. i was wondering if anyone could tell me how to figure out how many gallons it will be. there has to be some kind of math problem to figure it out. the tank is going to be 6'6 tall, 7'5 long and about 3'0 wide

for future reference the formale is Length x width x height / 231. That gives you the number of US gallons

L X W X H ( all in inches ) / 231

Ok, you got your answer, now are you really making it 6 foot 6 inches tall (deep)?

Cool.
