Yes i did and still do work for don picking orders and packouts! Don has been in this industry damn near longer than anybody so did i get training from one of the best? Yes i did ! There is few and far between when it comes to my packing skills and and anybody will tell u that! And have i sold dons fish yes i have so has every vendor that IS and has been on this form i hand pick from multiple farms all over Florida not just dons! So yes i did work for don and learned alot from the man and very proud of it! Is he a saint no! Not at all! But one of the best mentors a young guy like me getting into this industry could have.

What a load of BS. You think ANY vendor is collecting fish themselves in Central or South America as the majority of their stocklist? EVERY VENDOR sells other peoples fish, and at one point or another that includes Conkel fish.

OK Bud it's obvious you have some serious issues you need to resolve. How did you get that out of my response? You said most of the fish(Umbees) came from Gage originally, and you were dead WRONG! Have you gone postal just because you were corrected?
Gage didn't disagree, but concurred and outlined his training in the industry. I commended him for crediting his mentor that's all. Who said anything about vendors collecting most of their stock in Central/South America?

How about a little courtesy to the OP and not turn his thread into an (continued) attack on Dan/Cichlids of the Americas, Florida Fish Farmers, etc. and start a feud between Vendors/Breeders.

Thanks for all the kind words on my fish. I will keep everyone posted on their progress. Update on my parachromis motaguense spawn is that the parents have a pile of wigglers in the back of the pot. I'm very excited to raise some nice F1 "Rio Copan" red tigers.
