My rainbow shark

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
What wound up happening? Did it show any signs of disease or just the lethargy?

I understand, I’ve had a lot of fish like that. Tankmates were giant danios? I have lost a few fish to them due to out-competition. They simply stole all the food, that could have happened to the shark.
I lost my rainbow to a pair of kribs, he went too close to the fry and they tore his throat out. ?

you're lucky that your flowerhorn hasn't eaten them yet lmao. my flowerhorn would've been like "oh, an expensive dinner today"
Yeah, I am half expecting that but for now she is more interested in the bubbles on the glass after a water change than chasing the sharks. I’ll probably move one of the sharks to my 120 when they get a bit bigger. Just added some pvc pipe to give more places to hide. Currently the sharks are going through breeding behavior which I heard happens with younger fish in aquariums before they become highly territorial.
