that picture was taken by this company in Singapore, that picture taken about 5 years ago, and since then nobody has seen this fish., and the ones in the picture which were paid for purchase by me was told all had died, and never shipped to me.

Those were purportedly wild specimens and not well acclimated ones, therefore the final fate of the fish.

Its like a tigrinis... appearance changes constantly. Makes it fun to document and watch the changes. Awesome fish.
I wish I could afford one... probably would never see these offered again.

not to derail the thread, but what is that crazy lookin pleco type thing in the pic at the top? btw these loaches are super cool. never seen anything like them. more people should venture out into the few remaining wild places and provide all of us fishophiles with more cool rare stuff like this. wish i wasn't so broke!
