2/14 partial pic with measuring tape, approximately 10-12" SL, but this is based on comparison of the proportions of the fish and your avatar(tape shows about 8.5" from front tip to well into the adipose fin), and is probably a bit off because you appear to be holding the tape at an angle.(tape is much larger on the left than the right but the reflection of the flash is centered indicating the photo was taken perpendicular to the tank) Three weeks to grow 1-3" is respectable. In the immortal words of Ice Cube, "You ain't gotta lie to kick it."
