"Add more red" is insulting. Especially coming from a guy who's avatar is a muddied grey slightly pink hybrid, with an apparent lack of technological understanding to show any evidence of breeding.
Again, if you aren't feeding your family, or winning RT competitions, than chill out with the lessons. I get that some people have been doing it longer, and that makes them feel like they are "better" hobbyists. However the know-it-all attitude (although expected in a scientific anonymous forum) is destroying the open communication this site thrives on. I know I am now deterred from sharing my successes because delusional aquarists will give their unwanted and worthless directions. I'm sure many others seeing this will feel the same.
I was excited to share my passion on this forum. You've ruined that. I'll take it to the Facebook group next time.
