Ya, I did kinda the same. I use black sand in the bottom of my tank, so I got black line for under the sand, that way if its uncovered, it doesnt show up as much unless you know its there and then use clear line to go up the walls. Not as easy to hide since my backgrounds are all blue of some kind, but still is in the corners so it doesnt show up as easy.

LIke I said I just have OCD so I made it as clean as possible and as straight down the wall as possible even though nobody will see it
are they just not putting out good bubbles? were did you buy them. Snap me a picture of one.. Ive bought them alot of places and I really like the light blue ones from walmart the best... they seem to start working faster and better..
