He's gone from 3" to 8.5" in less than 6 months. Monster fish!

Dammmmm! He is blazing Blue!!!! I rember when you got him his growth is crazy! Hows his personality?
 
Thanks guys. He has eaten NLS exclusively and pounds it down. He is in with some peacock bass and he out eats them by double. He struts around the tank all day and is quite aggressive but not violent about it. Overall a very fun fish to keep. Very amphilophus like just not as brutal. As for lighting its a T5 with a 7500K and a 12000k and sunlight shining through a painted background.

Thanks for the lighting info. It looks good. Also I see you have dithers for him lol, but seriously I hear caprintis aren't as aggressive as most herichthys. I had a h. cyano that was crazy aggressive and my h. deppi now is too. It is was hard to keep anything with them even if the tank mates were 2X their size.
