Pure luck I would say. Most of my friends shaked their heads when they saw the newly arrived 5" Flowers, even the importer repeatedly asked me whether I'm aware about the risk on ordering such young age wild caught rays.
Feel a real relief to see they grow well, really satisfying

My 13 pcs Tigers together with 19 pcs MM and a pair of Retic being murdered by both neighbours (left ang right). My neighbour on the left sprayed the whole can of water soluble Bygon insecticide (to kill the red ants) when chopping the mango tree beside my pond... at the same time my right side neighbour carried out major house renovation. Concrete dusts and very strong vibrations (hacking the floor and walls).... to sum all, it's due to severe stress and water poisoning.
Luckily these flowers were inside my quarantine room during the incident.
Your pond is like their natural habitat to yr rays !! But too sad to hear that you have been knocked left & right (but not TKO) by yr neighbours thus killed yr beatiful rays...!! Did u claimed damages ???
