Hi. I just bought a young aro a week ago..today I just cleaned my aquarium. And my young aro, is difficult to breath after the water changed..is it normal or any idea..pls I’m so worried

No.
Welcome aboard
How did you clean the aquarium and was the aquarium fully cycled?
actually, I just followed what the shop person told me. They asked me to keep half of the water and change water..and I put 1ml of chlorine..

No.

Do you mean you added Dechlorinator? Your baby Aro is in danger if the aquarium wasn't fully cycled. Test water parameters asap. If you don't have a freshwater test kit take a sample of water to the lfs to be tested.
Right now you are doing what is called a fish in Cycle.

Not normal, did you add in water conditioner or anti chlorine?
