My small aro

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Yes. I didn’t actually fully cleaned. I just followed what the shop person told me.. what I did was, I kept half of the water and changed new water..

Prior to adding the Aro was that aquarium already up and running with fish in it? I know I'm asking a lot of questions.

Is the tank newly set up? I’m confused what does fully cleaned mean
Ok. I meant, the tank is not newly set up with the new water. Actually I just kept half of the water with my young aro inside..and I just add new half water..you get me right? And also I added some salt (fish ) which the fish store person sell..then only, my young aro was like that..

When you changed the water did you clean everything in your filter with tap water or stir up the substrate. Normally for most here cleaning would be water change, vacuuming substrate, and rinse off bio media in the filter with the aquarium water that was removed.
Tap water with chlorine in itwill kill live beneficial bacteria needed for consuming ammonia.
