I hope he made that post from a public library or internet cafe. That way the trace would not be easy and they would need to review surveilance tape to find out who was sitting at that computer at that time.

Fine is hefty, imprisonment, and kill the fish. They do not take this lightly as they want to send a message to the public. Personally, I think it's just an excuse to spned our tax dollars on useless projects and impact on the environment is not as bad as the media portrays it.
