MY Snake heads.

I think the mods have chosen to leave this thread open for a reason.
Anyhow, jail time is doubtful. A fine (size depends on state and circumstances) and perhaps a year or two of probation for simple possession. Importing and selling across state lines bring in the feds and that is a whole different ugly story!!
In my state only one person has been charged with the possession of a SH. That fellar just got a $25 fine plus court costs.

you guys are accting like children my thread was to show the beauty of my new snakeheads that i got with great luck.. i post it here and i get neglected by some disturbing replys.. 
btw: if they were really that illegal, the U.S would put more security on animal trade. How the man got the SH i do not know.. i will garauntee that half the posts here would buy a Sh just like me if they found the oportuinity to do so. i am not stupid.. i actually respect my surrounding native fish so i will not release and if i ever feel they are to much for me i will kill them in a humane way. feel free to post what you think i cannot stop you from that but im asking to keep it on the upside.. and if this thread was to be locked it would have happend when the first mod though it should have been closed.
and just to prove i own them here is another picture.

if i had the opprotunity to get a snakehead i would in a heartbeat but i would just keep it to myself
Why should the staff close this thread? Our policy is 'no trade/solicitation of illegal species'. We're not responsible for acting as conscience for everyone that gets nervous over something they posted. Think BEFORE posting.
In Rhode Island when the ban went into effect if you had a sh you could keep it but only if D.E.M knew about it and if you wanted to get rid of it it was to be killed and brought to D.E.M A local store had them on display until they got sick of them.
