beautiful discus....nice pictures

thank u.

on frozen foods, since I started feeding regularly I have seen some nice growth in most of my discus tho a couple will be stunted due to my issues of past.

on mix foods, as it is to keep it clean is hard enough I think I will forego fresh mix foods.

I hope to post better shots soon as these really don't show their best colors.

thks all!

Nice tank what size 72 bow?. What are your water paramters temp, ph, gh, kh, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate? Im seeing some stress bars, early detection is key!

gorgeous fish there.:nilly:

Yeah, every so often I see stress bars - especially after turning on the lights. funny one doesn't see bars in the PB's, blue diamond or marlboros.

just did a 75% w/c - water is crystal clear now but had built up some green/yellowish water (left light on too long so think it was algae?).

will post some more shortly. they are voracious eaters. whether it's ken's flakes, frozen brine bloodworms or beefheart or freeze dried bloodworms - they act like piranhas!!

thks all! I've been thru a lot & many of you have helped me along. I have been in a stabled state now for about a month w/o any fish issues. wheeeww!

Pigeons, Diamonds, and Marlboros don't have stress bars, that's why you never see them in these fish. Bars don't always indicate stess either. Some strains show bars just about all the time, they just get darker when the fish is under stress. Keep up the water changes. With discus, the more the better. Good to hear you have some stabilty now. :)
