I have never made that actually.
This is a good web site that I use sometimes to read a recipe just to get the basic idea before I make something for the first time.

ofcourse cooking at a restaurant is differn't than at home, you have to think about how your going to prepare something to order.

Today the temp there was -22 F., second coldest capital is Ottawa.

thanks so much..that recipe does sound yummy and i will try it next week..so true ..harder to figure it out for ordering purposes.. actually i always wondered how they did it...:Dwow that is brutal cold.. thanks again...
