Have you noticed all the freaky different ways water lettuce can grow under different lighting, temps, etc?

I haven't too many different temps or lighting... but whatever I am working with right now is making it go crazy.. I told my lfs guy today that I am going to bring hand fulls into him probably twice a month .. plus I have given a lot out to buddies of mine.
