do you do anything for the lettuce? how does your butterfly behave in the tank? was thinking about getting one.

I do just about nothing for the lettuce .. but I will say I do have T5 lighting which is probably the main reason it multiplies soo fast ... also when you first get water lettuce you are going to want to have something that keeps in it place early on .. . I have a plant that touched the top of the water and the water lettuce roots just attached to that and stayed in place ..

as far as the butterfly fish goes ... he isn't too aggressive in my tank... he mainly stays in one spot .. he really does love the water lettuce. and when you feed him expect him to hit the water pretty hard to get that food.
