i love black clown fish and love that pink annemone has it split yet

Oh man that sucks. Anemones always make me nervous untill they find themselves a nice home.

I just got my cheato, how long untill I start noticing changes? How long should it take for an increase in pods?

You should see an increae in pods in a few weeks, look in your fuge/sump right when you turn the sump light on.
You'll start to notice lots of little crawlies on the glass.

That orange thing is pretty. Man I need to start getting more corals.

Do you buy post your stuff offline or at a LFS?

The orangy thingy is a Tyree montipora setosa.
I get most of my stuff for local reefers.
A few things from LFS
and only ordered once from oline store
(cherry corals)

What is your feeding regiment for fish/anemones?
How/what do you properly feed brain corals?

Hope you don't mind me milking your knowledge. :)

I feed aproximately 3-2 cubes (hikari sized) frozen food once a day and a pinch of Formula two flakes.
I also give 1/4 sheets of nori as often as three times a week.
I should be feeding nori everyday but I'm lazy LOL
I don't have anemone's (except the tiny one in the 29) But when I had a big one about once a week with some frozen food or a silver side ..
Now keep in mind, I'm heavily over stocked on fish
I have
One yellow tang 3-4"
One blue jaw trigger 3-4 "
one sand goby 4"
one scooter blenny 2"
two clowns one 3" one 2 1/2"
two yellow watchman goby's 3" each
Three 2-3" lyre tail anthias
two 2" blue/green chromis
one 3-4" male leopard wrasse
one cleaner shrimp
One peppermint shrimp
one Harlequin shrimp
one pistol shrimp

To feed LPS
I like to feed prawn roe, Rods food, or the frozen mysis and or brine in a little pipette or syringe type feeder before the lights go on (in the dark)
because most LPS have there mouths open and or tentacles out at night.

I haven't really had a regiment. I just got a whiteboard in my room to help me remember. I'm thinking i'm going to feed them frozen mysis on Monday/Wednesday/Friday. With Cut up table shrimp for the anemone and whoever takes a piece on Monday and Friday. Filling in Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday/Sunday with flakes. Maybe i'll try to feed my brain then too so I don't have to worry about getting off to school.

Almost forgot, I have the red and green nori for the tangs. I'll feed that as needed.
Sound good?
