Hi all,
I am new to this forum and this is my first post here. I have been lurking and reading threads for a while and thought it was time I joined in.
This is my Mexican tank and houses 11 thorichthys helleri laguna catazaja and a group of x helleri Rio otapa swordtails.

Welcome to MFK! Nice looking fish.

Beauties... I had some of these last year... The males can get quite aggressive.DSC_0006 2.JPG DSC_0008 copy.JPG

You should be ok... They're not hyper aggressive or nasty like Ellioti. But I had two males that kept attacking eachother so ended up moving them on. I regret it in a way as they are a very nice fish, and I like your approach to keeping them.

Hopefully I won't have any problems.I have had them since they were no more than fry at around 15 mm.I am a fan of thorichthys and have kept many over the years.I must say that these helleri must be my favourite so far.
