I did this too with a petco ten gallon for ten bucks. Just take a box cutter and go around the edges of the trim, then score each corner at a 45 degrees angle and peel away. Then scrape remaining crap with new razorblades and rubbing alcohol. Came out supa sexy. Gonna do a mini planted I think.
