WOW is a good word for these! I've never seen them either, I like them alot, great job Ken!

Neat looking fish Ken.

Vil, they're in the lucky tank I bought from you years ago. Even got the original black substrate mixed in with the argo sand.

Wow, I can say that's a first for me. Never seen them in a tank before. They are some speedy fish. Very cool Ken.

Thanks guys. They are fast and can stops on a dime. Some people said they like the down looking fish. For the longest time I could not figure it out because they do not have drooping eyes but I think they meant down syndrome.

Learning a lot about these fish and hope to share. Not much info on the internet.
They eat a lot and poop a lot. Not messy but the amount is crazy.
I have to setup a big tank soon to accommodate what I'm seeing about these fish. May have to put them in a pond if they get too big.

A pond of them would be rad Ken!
Let me know and I will come over....fly rod in hand ;)

I think the fish they're referring to are lookdown's. I guess there's a little similarity but not much.

But they don't look down. Or is it a fish that people look down at keeping because of the size?

Awesome fish.

The ones they're referring to are actually called look down jacks. Pretty similar in appearance, they have large schools of them at the National Aquarium in Baltimore, MD.

Oh OK! Learn something new everyday. Thanks for explaining. Am I the only one that don't know this. Embarrassing.
