Don't be surprised if your tig vomits out the shrimp. Any thing it can't digest, it will vomit out.
Just keep the water clean and keep an eye on him. If there are no abnormalities on the skin (ulcers, ick, or red patches), or any abnormal behaviors, then just give it clean water and wait it out.
Pick up some "Sinking Carnivore Pellets" by Hikari to feed him in a few days.
It might take a while for some tigs to take pellets (mine took it right away), but it will be well worth it in the long run.

man i think my tigrinus have red patches on their gills. i am going to rid of frontosas soon.... tomorrow i am going to move my rtc into 2ft fishtank. my tig will be stay in same tank.
tomorrow i am going to get hikari sinking carnivore. i will update soon. cheers mate
