im not still trying to find out, hence that im reffering to the fish as a Trimac.
I just decieded to use the thread for future pictures so that I, and others, can see him as he grows.
I just cant change the subject of the original post, so sorry for the misunderstanding.

I think this is a great thing anyway cause we the people remember the way he looked. Now with new pix we can see the changes!

yea sorry if that came off kinda rude, that was the drunk fingers talkin.

the trimacs are looking good too

You see that is why I get irritated with hybrids!!! Cause unless you are an expert you don't know what you are getting-PetSmart for example is under the impression that their Trimacs are real-when in actuallity fake!! All this cross-breeding makes things confusing-I am afraid that one day Trimacs will cease to exist due to overflux of hybrid fish. Personally, the only guy I get Trimacs from is Rapps!

Wow, your eye can see the nucleotides that make up DNA and distinguish between trimac and flowerhorn sequences? That is a good eye. :screwy:

Didn't claim to be in icthyologist or that my opinion was the final answer, just that I've seen lots of flowerhorns and trimacs, and offering my opinion. Pretty funny though, I enjoyed your post. Ha ha ha hah!!!
