My two big ponds!

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I use fractionation to filter my ponds, it's the simplest and most effective filtration I know.
Works especially well when water is warm, and takes out free floating algae and debris before it has a chance to cloud the water. The foam is the undisirable stuff, it simply falls on the ground.

I use it on koi/goldfish pond, and the cichlid tubs that precede them.

+1 we are going to be building a pond and it will probably be over 3 feet at its deepest point. We are actually going to build a huge sump
connected to a waste feature for filtration.
