Nice. How big is the eel?

Nice photos! I have been to the Shedd many times. Even though it seems somewhat dated, I still appreciate the layout and the updates the staff have made. I am originally from Terre Haute, Indiana, but retired from the U.S. Army in Oklahoma. I haven't been back for many years, but I still visit the Shedd when I can. One of my favorites is the Stuttgart Aquarium & Zoological Gardens in Stuttgart, Germany. My wish would be to visit all of the great aquariums in Europe and the U.S. but, at 63, I don't think I will fulfill this wish. I love all of the great photos in this site. Don't have a tank at this time, but am planning to set up my 75 and possibly a 200 in the near future.

Last pic? If he wasn't 3', he was darn close to it. There was a larger one in the tank too, but I couldn't get a good shot of him.

3' = 3 feet, not 3". LOL

I love the Shedd. I lived in the Chi for 3 years, stationed in Darien, IL. I will still make it there a few times a year.
