mostly frosen shrimps, but also bloodworms, catfish pellets, earthworms, lamb heart and fresh white fish.
Basically it eats anything i give, including my finger if i stick it down

Depends on how long you stick it down

Can Clarius be kept together when mature? What size should they achieve and what size set up is reqd?

hmm i got two walking cats. damn active in short bursts. most of the time breathin fast n stayin still. one has got a big belly. n both eats less. frozen fish actually. but less. my lps said its poisonous. is it??? can it do damage??

Clarias batrachus grows up to nearly 40 cm and being in spawning mood they get quiet territorial.

So I would suggest just to keep a pair in a tank of not less than 700L and about 2m length, that is what I have for example....

What shall be poisenous, I did not catch it?

btw they r damn territorial. i think they r gonna lay eggs. but too sad i only got one tank. wot shud i do? halve the tank wit sumkinda net or sumfin?? bt wmy tank is 24x12x12

I buy my two clarias batrachus 17th june both about 7cm -after 75days they are 28cm and 24cm.Feeding two times a day-red worm,chicken meat and Hikari pellets for carnivorous fish

after 2-3months you did not have any plants in your aqua-clarias batrachus-fish who digging digging and digging -all cat under gravel !
