is a wild JD distinguishable because of its slightly pinkish underside? this is my jd and i am positive it isnt wild caught, just curious about the differences..

No its not. Nothing wild is really distinguishable as wild other than the word of the collector or seller. if you want wild fish i would suggest buying from a reputable source. and as far as JD's go there isnt a whole lot of wilds foating around. if someone is trying to sell one as wild maybe do a lil research to ensure it is what it is. the only wild JD's ive seen in a long time are these ones and a few others that were brought in last year. Theres a possibility of some more wilds coming in around June/July but nothings garenteed.
