what is the parameters of the water you are using for the w/c???
is it tap water?
is it RO??
if it is tap, it may be putting nitrates or nitrites in your tank.
 
not sure i go 2 my local petstore 2 get that checked, its free and only 3 mins away and im using tap water and the params on the tap water im not sure what they are right now but last time i checked they had a small amount of ammonia in them but not enuf 2 do any damamge cuz the bb would eat it before it could build to high levels, but after work ill stop by the petstore drop off a few of my fry and get some food and maybe check out a UV
 
also how long do you guys think i should wait 2 put my fish back in because i think i may have started up a new cycle not all over but a small cycle.
 
lol, funny i dont like cycling i always feal like somthings not right and most of the time im right thats y i was worried about doing this because of ow bad the tank was
