water prams are... Ph 7.2 ammonia 0 nitrate 0.25ppm and nitrite was at 0.25ppm, but i did a small water change and the nitrite was gone. one canister was moved to the bigger tank( Ehime 2217) and theres a aqua clear500 and a Ehime pro as well already on the bigger tank. i drip acclimatised him and had him in the tank in about 50mins to an hour . it isn't as bad now he has been putting the pebbles on him self a bit but his eyes are sinking in a little ??

He looks pretty skinny and that is not a good curl.
I think you may have been unlucky with weak rays to start.
If you can move all of the filtration from the smaller tank too then it would not hurt.
Keep up the water changes.
You should not ever be reading Ammonia or Nitrite on an established tank and filter system.
I assume you are not washing out the filters in tap water?
