Funny story here:)

22" Jardini, 20" marbled Pim, 14" giant gourami, 300g. tank.

All is well for quite a while, then, one night, the Jardini beat the living hell out of everything in the tank. Apparently he was bored, so he made the other fish bloody.

Moral of the story:

Don't trust the jardini if it's working short term;)
theres the ARTC i am betting all my money on to start
but who knows it might work
and hey rallysman
you have a GG and a 20"+ jar and a 300g tank
now is that your story :D

looks great, nice combination,as long as they don't kill each other

yeah i know how shy they are, they are hiding or are zipping around in the tank from one hiding place to another
i myself own one
grew him up from 1.5" to 5"+ and the fellow has been a killer till now
would want to keep him with my 13"+ jar once my other cats move out
and one more question
how do you feed the ARTC i mean you got a jar and a RTC both of which are hogs in my experience, so when does the ARTC gets the chance to eat or does he come out during feeding time

I just dump in alot of sinking pellet for both of them. I'm planning of passing the RTC to a pond owner soon. And as such the fight for food will be lessen.

Well... it's definately very assuie aro look:D But you can try keeping your jar in black tank with just white lights for them over a period of time. Their colouration will intensify.:D

May I ask a question will a 5" jardini get along with a red pacu, ID shark, and a chinese hi-fin sucker all are about 4"?
