Also to add...Red Texas is what is commonly used to refer to a first or second generation fry that has not fully faded. A fish that is the result of breeding the BP with the Carpintis. When you finally get a RT from a batch that fully fades it is called a Super Red Texas. Super Reds are the expensive ones that cost $100 - $5000. Red Texas will usually not sell for more that $40.

Your right I checked the Make up of a red texas, but I wouldn't say it looks nothing like it.. There are definetly some similarities between the two.. But thankx for the info, I did not know that Flowerhorns included that many fish, I guess that why they are so expensive...
