Got a link or a pic of that tank.... Gonna go look quick myself as well just to see.
It will be easy to confirm if it's an LC set up or not.

Edit: This one?

That thing is absurd. How would one go about cleaning the bar area, or feeding any fish that live there?

LOL,absurdly awesome, the owner is obviously loaded and probably knows nothing about maintaining the....display.She likely has the company who built it come in and do the wetwork.

Access panals. If you ever see oddball high end tanks like this, you're only seeing what is meant to be seen. And if you have the money for the tank, you have to money to pay an expert to take care of it for you.

I was pretty cool with one of the previous managers at Capt.Nemos and he let me take a look at the hidden filtration for the big cylinder tank. There was quite a bit going on in the hidden filter room but I was expecting to see a whole lot more given the size of the tank.

I just don't get it sometimes, this show looks like it might be better than Tanked, and I liked Tanked in concept - I wanted to see big tanks and cool stuff. The drama killed it for me. You don't need drama for that show, look at Nova, look at Holmes, there is very little drama there. I wish they would just do a show that made fishkeeping itself exciting, building cools tanks and systems and keeping the human drama out of it. Fish drama, like two females and one male fighting over territory in a new tank - I could do that drama...

Tanked wasn't aimed at the fish keeping crowd. It was using the aquarium subject, but aimed at the reality TV show following.

FTK should be a bit more informational, though you'll still have the same style naratives and staff interactions.

Sounds awesome! I personally find the whole technical aspects of fishkeeping as the most interesting part. To me it's interesting to see the filters and how they work, the intricate plumbing involved and how to put it all together and make it work. So if this show's gonna be focused on that and fish husbandry and such, it should be pretty cool. Honestly I like that these shows are coming out, hopefully it'll get more people into the hobby and I'll have more people to talk fish with. Promotion of this hobby is definitely a good thing.
