Okay hear me out. I know this sounds really really stupid. But I'm wondering if it's possibly to have a thousand gallon house in a house? I was wondering what stocking options would that open up for me? I kinda just want a tank that's 10ft longx 4-5 ft widex 5ft tall or so.

This would be my masterpiece.... I hope someone actually helps with this. It may take me years but I hope that someday soon I can have one. I feel if I save up now I can make it possible.

This would be on a 1 story house (floor is not made of wood nor has anything underneath that room).
The tank I wish could be like an actual mini ecosystem. Having large fish that either school. But this would be a tank that I would be looking at it for atleast 3hours a day (straight on I do this alot). And would like the fish to be somewhat active. Would love to have a few of those suckers for the bottom. Middle I would love to have either carp, or large and I mean those huge chubs(large minnows) or anything that's brown colored or amazing to look at. I kinda want something that looks like you'd catch in a pond. Not a fish that looks like it came out from a fairy tail book. Unless it's a monster fish. Or I would like a large catfish in there that I would see out around. Theres this catfish I like.

I'd suggest some black bullhead on the bottom.. 1-2 lmb for the middle and a group of cyprinid fish ( not sure about NA species)

Actually I did... And I'd thought it'd be more expensive than I saw.. Geez. I was super worried I'd spend on it as much as I would on a car right off the bat. :x Anywho. I know I could put large mouth bass in there. But I'm looking for some stunning fish that could go in this tank. I would love this to be an ecosystem. I'd prefer native fish though I would be OKAY with a fish from out of us if it's awesome to look at.

I really like carp, bass(no sunnies), large catfish, etc. Anything odd as well.

no sunnies? it seems odd you say you want stunning fish then deny some of the most stunning fish out there. lousianna longears, missouri longears, red bellied sunfish, and pumpkinseeds are some awesome looking fish.not to mention great personalities.
you could keep a bowfin in there. they are spectacular examples of predatory perfection, but not always that impressive from a display perspective. they're ambush predators and spend much of their time in hiding waiting for food to swim by. that and good camouflage means you need to appreciate the fish, not it's constant visibility. anything else in the tank will eventually be fish food.
all part of the ecosystem though.
jonahs aquarium has some tank compatability listing for some of the smaller fish.
