Your answer is that there is no such thing as what you describe. A natural filter, is a plant. I recommend setting up somewhere with electricity, or without fish.

Other than plants any method of filtration is going to need at least a powerhead to circulate the water. Get a solar panel and a 12v well pump, you got the sun in oz... or more economically just run an extension cord from the house!

yes prob is extension cord may be out of question by owner of house(not me). solar power may be possible. when i say natrual filtration even if that means sum sort of way to power a pump or natrual movement water things like some sort of siphon etc. anything at all. just plants are out.

What size pond (volume) and what size fish? Adding established substrate will enable nitrifying bacteria to work even without water circulation. Adding a temporary skylight to the garage roof will work. What about a solar tube for light? Adding an extra planted pond outside connected by water bridge might be possible. If your on bore or well water then just have a slow flow through which wont need filtration.

Alternatively, if your pond is large enough, just limit feeds to once or twice a month and the occasional water change if its temporary.
