Neat Oscar Coloration

just a lighter colored red oscar, not that unusual, ive seen them around.
 
My first thought was a full grown lemon, but it's listed as a Gold. I've seen gold Oscars but not full grown, I have a baby now. I don't think it's a light colored red.
 
I never claimed it rare or unusual, just a color I like that I have never seen before. IIt reminds me of a bettas coloration. But, it doesnt look red to me?
 
what i meant by red is that there is an morph of oscar called a red oscar, and this looks to be a light colored red, so it is a gold morph i guess as you say. it isnt actually red in color. lol
 
Well the Gold and Lemon variety comes from the Red Oscar colouration. The Lemon is considered the (dont know proper name) not quite albenese version of the Red Oscar and the Gold from what i've been told is due to inbreeding with that colour variation. Please correct me if i am wrong
 
i dont see the difference between a red and a gold. anyone have comparison pics?
