i never really got into flowerhorns but after this thread and looking at some nice flowerhorns. makes me want to start getting into them.

those fish wont look like that though he is using pink lighting and the photo is most likely enhanced

the body shape and pearls are the same, its just the color that is not as red. I knew the pictures were fixed but he has the potential to get redder when he gets bigger. I am glad you like him.
There is alot of potential in him.

It will be very hard to find only one fish, trust me. When you think you find a really nice fish, you will later find another fish even better then the last.

I have been looking for that one "show piece" but still cannot find it. It's like electronice gadget, they will get better with time.

Im not looking for the best fish in the world. Just something of that quality. Money talks

I highly agree and couldn't agree anymore. Money talks and bullsh&t walks when it comes into the flowerhorn world. Well, your best chance to get some of the top quality flowerhorn is going to be imported. Either buy from someone who have their fish imported or import them directly yourself. I would go with MickKamfa to be on the safe side w/ some of the best flowerhorn from a middleman seller. I have heard of claims and reports with Famous being a honest seller and real great fish(which I highly agree on the fish part). At times I can almost say that Famous carries better fish than MickKamfa. Those 2 would be my only choice if I was to order one off overseas myself. Now the only thing left is, what exactly do you want?

Id love a fish something like this. I really like the color and the head is just about perfect. imo I love this fish honestly.

It's going to be real hard to find something like that. Only because SRT(Super Red Texas) with a nuchal hump like that is not something you will easily find on the market or just even on Aquabid for that matter of fact. Maybe you can try creating something like it as your own project starting out with a fertile SRS/RM male with a decent size head(which is incredibly hard to find also - but well worth the $$$ IMO) and a superb SRT female(with white aka diamond pearls from head to tail).
But if your into breeding, something like that is most likely going to be infertile. And if your lucky, then you just got yourself a one hell of a prized fish.
That one is nice, but I like this one better and this is what I would considered as a master piece for my liking when you talk about SRT in general.
