To me, this is like buying a Chevy, having the transmission fall out a week later and then writing a glowing review of this company because they agreed to replace the engine. Regardless of how well a company responds to a problem with one of their products, who wants to deal with these issues in the first place? I also purchased a large Tenecor tank.
Brian how big is your tank?
Believe me I would much rather have had a tank with no problems. I really am not looking forward to moving 18 large dats, a 25" aro, (2) 25" Tems, and a 22" Azul.
I am just glad Tenecor is stepping up to the plate and taking care of the situation for me. They could had easily told me sorry we can't help you.
Instead they are admiting there may have been a concern with the original design. Now they will improve on that design for the better of me and future customers.

DB junkie-how big is your tank? can you post a pic of your set up?
