As a footnote, there's no such thing as an overnight delivery from any African country to any private US address of any mammal. Their placed into quarantine and customs doesn't care what sort of foreign veterinary documentation they may have. And, they're care and processing costs/fees are charged to the end address.

i emailed the guy back just to ask about his history and see a pic of him and the dogs together and i mentioned that i asked a lot of people for advise and no one told me to buy. haven't heard from him,......... maybe he figured i got him figured out

This guy is still trying to holla at me,......... here's his email and notice how at the end he mentions how i can pay him. btw, this is after i sent him an email saying that a lot of people advised me to pass and that everyone thinks it's a scam:
